agua, drenaje y saneamiento; as\u00ed mismo como pagos por an\u00e1lisis de descargas, pipa, conexiones o sustituciones de tomas de agua y drenaje, vactor, contratos nuevos, descargas en la planta de tratamiento y reconectamos servicios e instalaciones de medidores.<\/li><li>Damos de alta en el sistema a los nuevos contratos de servicio, emitimos constancias de no adeudo y de no servicios.<\/li><li>Elaboramos certificados fiscales digitales y electr\u00f3nicos, as\u00ed como el tr\u00e1mite para usuarios que requieren factura.<\/li><li>Contamos con un primer filtro de atenci\u00f3n, recepci\u00f3n de documentos y canalizaci\u00f3n de usuarios a las \u00e1reas correspondientes.<\/li><li>Esperamos compromiso de pago por parte de los usuarios en un plazo determinado, de acuerdo al importe del adeudo e historial de pagos de la cuenta.<\/li><li>Contamos con la actualizaci\u00f3n de padron, a trav\u00e9s de censos y reportes atendidos por inspecci\u00f3n, corregimos zonas, tarifas, giros, n\u00fameros oficiales y detectamos usuarios clandestinos.<\/li><li>Contamos con procesos para notificar adeudos por parte del usuario y despu\u00e9s del plazo de la ley, acudir a las oficinas y regularizar sus cuentas; proceder a la restricci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Tomamos y capturamos lecturas, facturamos servicios y entregamos cobros de medici\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Contamos con \u00e1rea para recepci\u00f3n de quejas y solicitudes de usuarios, canalizadas a trav\u00e9s del sistema comercial de \u00e1reas
